Eligibility for undergraduates/Diploma/Certificate/Basic Professional Courses
Basic requirements for Applicants are as follows: But Applicants without these requirements can apply for consideration:
GCE, '0/A’, SSSCE & WASSSCE
Applicant must have six credits, A1-C6, in English, Mathematics and Integrated Science Biology or Agricultural Science applicants, Social Studies, associated subjects, making an aggregate of no more than 36. For
WASSCE & SSSCE, candidates must have six credits (A-E) in the three main Subjects and three selective subjects making an aggregate of not more than 24 credits
Exceptions & Mature Students
Applicants must be at least 25 years old and must write and pass an entrance examination in English test and their subject area of interest. They may also be required to attend an interview.
Applicants with Technical, Business or Commercial, Vocational qualifications including ICGSE, GBCE, ABCE, Baccalaureate are eligible for admission.
Professional Courses such as ICA, ACCA, CIM and HND and others could be offered through our partners and online.

Students Welfare Affairs Office of ROUC will handle the processing the application for non-citizen ID Card and the Immigration permit for all international students. ROUC will bear the cost after the at least 75% of their total fees for the semester. Students must submit completed application forms together with all their relevant documents to the Students Welfare Affairs Office for processing
Students must be aware of late penalties by the immigration authorities which will not be bone by the ROUC. Students themselves will have to pay for such penalties and to avoid these efforts must be made to submit all documents on time to complete registration and for the students to enjoy all the privileges in the country.
Financial Support
#ROUC is prepared to offer 20% rebates on annual fees to the first 10 students to be given full admission or successfully registered for online course. This is for the first year only, but students can apply fir limited support for in the following years.
# Opportunities exist for students to apply for specific scholarships from our partner institutions and collaborators to further their studies in those institutions in either UK/Europe, India, US, Canada, Caribbean, or Australia. This opportunity is limited subject to eligibility and availability after a minimum of 2/3 years studies at ROUC.
Bursaries and other forms of scholarship are being packaged 2023/2024 academic year for brilliant students who have exceptionally excellent results from their schools/colleges or universities in case of transferring students.
Packages for exceptionally good but needy students or those from checkable poor families will be available

Students Loan Trust Fund
The Students Loan Trust Fund gives loans to Ghana tertiary students who are pursuing accredited programmes in accredited tertiary institutions. These students must have gained admission to pursue undergraduate programmes only.
What are the application requirements?
To apply you must:
Register at any Social Security & National Trust (SSNIT) office for a social security number.
Student/applicant must have a personal e-mail address, must
provide one guarantor and must have
registered for an e-zwich card.
The student may use social security reference number to apply for the loan.
Guarantors and Guarantee
A guarantor, someone who will back up the loan and assist the Trust Fund to trace the borrower when repayment is due. In the event of death or incapacitation of borrower, guarantor is absolved from loan repayment. Guarantor will be required to pay back any outstanding loan when it is due. This is a last resort, if the borrower cannot be traced or is unable to pay back the loan or any part of it.
The loan can be guaranteed by one of the following types of guarantors
SSNIT Contributor
Recognized Religious Body
Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assembly or a corporate body.
